Job Description

What You'll Do

* Review and assess business impact of customer issues
* Investigate and identify path to resolution of the reported issues
* Reproduce and debug the issues
* Work closely with the engineers to resolve issues and escalate issues as needed be included in future patches and releases
* Test, verify and document code changes required to resolve issues
* Conduct code reviews with peers
* Document and process issue, defect, and resolution records
* Develop and communicate solutions to customers
* Setup and test demo systems for customers

Who You Are

* Solid C programming
* 4 plus years experience
* Experience with solving level 2 and 3 issues
* Familiarity with C toolchains and makefiles
* Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, PKI, X.509 certificates
* In-depth knowledge of SSL, SSH and IPsec protocols
* Experience using GitLab, ZenDesk, Jenkins
* Knowledge of tools such as Klocwork, Coverity, Codenomicon, Wireshark, gdb, tcpdump
* Experience with RTOSes and / or hardware bring up a plus
* BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or technical discipline preferred; equivalent work experience and accreditations will be considered
* Excellent communication skills
