Description:IFG is looking for a DevSecOps Product Line Owner. This role will set the overall technology direction for the DevSecOps domain, by building and maintaining a future-state blueprint of product architecture (Technology Roadmap), and sponsoring innovation and continuous integration. Collaborate within the IFG Directorate, as well as across Enterprise IT and the Business Functions in order to understand business needs and objectives. Ensure the solutions support all LOBs and satisfy business direction. Define overarching technical guidance for the DevSecOps domain and coordinate definition of architecture across all Experience teams. Work with Chief Architects across IFG to ensure solutions align with overall architecture and guidelines. Develop and implement software delivery standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with IFG product development teams. Drive the DevSecOps road map solution. Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ensure that the software delivery team strives for end to end test automation and utilizes a CI/CD continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline to deliver software. Ensure that applications can be continuously released with high levels of confidence while also improving the scalability, reliability, quality and performance of the Continuous Delivery/DevOps build systems.

The candidate should be able to do the following:

* Considers themselves a forward leaning and naturally curious technologist at heart and has a hands-on technology background.
* Work with traditional/legacy (Data Center, physical infrastructure) and modern/next-gen technology (Cloud, DevSecOps, etc.) constructs simultaneously and develop a cohesive service delivery strategy.
* Champion emerging technologies and is keen to prototype new ways to getting results; technology/solution agnostic, brings to bear what is needed to achieve the desired outcome.
* Have an affinity for optimization and always strives to improve delivery of services through automation of technology and traditionally manual processes.
* Can take complex technical constructs and articulate them clearly in non-technical, business terms to senior level, including executive, audiences.
* Works seamless across organizational boundaries and able to influence peers/external business leaders on DevSecOps matters.
* Take pride in being a leader and elevating everyone around them, even if not in direct line reporting relationship, through coaching and mentorship.
* Think in terms of Product and Service Delivery, strives to understand who their customers are, and focuses on designing strategy and solutions to meet their needs.

Basic Qualifications:

* Expertise across a number of architectural capabilities (e.g., data, infrastructure, integration, security)
* Understanding of modern technology frameworks (cloud, containers, etc…)
* Knowledge of Data Architecture with experience documenting Conceptual and Logical
* Data Models
* Cost/benefit analysis experience

* Strategic mindset and "big-picture" view to ensure overall cohesive environment and cross-product architectural alignment

Knowledge of Agile development methods

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Prior working experience with code pipeline systems (listed or equivalent):

* Containerization (Docker);
* Code Deploy systems (e.g. Puppet or Chef);
* Continuous Integration systems, (Jenkins, Bamboo, or Travis);
* Git code management practices (GitHub or Bamboo);
* Issue tracking (JIRA).

Prior cloud experience building applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Prior test automation experience including unit, integration, security, accessibility and performance testing.

Experience designing and delivering solutions in an environment that embraces DevOps and common technologies, with a focus on pipeline security automation (DevSecOps)
