The Semi BU Systems R&D team is also responsible for creating and maintaining internal software tools for the configuration of systems and for the generation of needed output files and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of internal tools needed to auto-generate critical files needed by manufacturing to build systems, by customers to design interface boards, and by the system itself to function.

Essential Duties:

* Work closely with Americas Business Solutions (ABS), current owner of the STS Configurator.

* Learn the existing business logic and rules of the BPE and STS Configurator.

* Sustain the existing tools while designing and developing the future state.

* Work with various R&D groups and Offering Management on on-going changes and additions needed for existing configuration tools.

* Defining and architecting future-state tools:

* Collaborate with the System Evolution group on the direction and needs for future configuration tools.

* Work with the various stakeholders to ensure needed workflow features are incorporated.

* Working on other projects:

* Assist other Semi BU Systems R&D teams to ensure project schedules are met.

* Participate as an individual contributor as needed on existing projects.

* Provide architecture and design guidance for new and existing projects.
