Description:F-35 Mission Systems Software Integration team is seeking a candidate with experience developing automated tests for F-35 Mission Systems software in simulation environments. This position will require the candidate to:

* Develop automated tests for F-35 Mission Systems Software
* Ensure tests are up-to-date with current releases
* Operate F-35 Mission Systems simulation environments
* Troubleshoot and root cause system level defects, providing suggested corrections to software teams

The Software Integration team is responsible for integrating the F-35 Mission Systems software products into a cohesive integrated product prior to hardware integration. The team coordinates release planning, software development priorities to minimize defect escapes into system integration.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

This position requires a Secret Clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Software development experience.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Software Engineering and or Computer Science related discipline.

Desired Skills:

Experience using JASPER, with the ability to debug software and compiler errors (GREENHILLS and INTEL).

Proficient in the following: C/C++, Object Oriented Analysis and Design; Green Hills OS, Rhapsody, VxWorks, Mercury OS, hardware drivers and power PC/Intel processor, JADE, Dimensions, MS Office development, MS Project

Experience with test automation, Agile, Scrum, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, and DevOps methodologies is also highly desired.

Software development experience on F-35 Mission Systems is highly desired.

Experience working with the following tools is a required:

* Perl/Python or similar scripting languages
* XML
* C/C++
* Linux

Effective analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience working across multiple teams, organizations, and sites.

Strong coordination / integration skills
