* Bachelors in computer science (or related field)
* At least three year of software development experience
* Do you have experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Perl, JavaScript or Ruby (for data manipulation and automation tasks).
* Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems
* Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Kusto, Spark, SQL, HDInsight, Azure Data Lake, and Cosmos.
* Prior knowledge of ETL, Data Modeling, and working with Business Intelligence systems

We are looking for a Software Engineer like you to build the business data analytics platform that enables Office365 Marketing and Leadership to make engineering and business decisions based on the data & insights produced by our team. The projects involve using existing data, data processing pipelines, and analysis software to enable data scientists, analysts, marketing and product teams to deliver new insights to grow the business. Succeeding in this role will require a positive attitude, good analytical skills, enthusiasm for data and correctness and a real passion for learning a lot on both the technical and business side.
