This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
* Proficiency in modern programming languages
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

* 3-5 years of current extensive high-level enterprise architecture and software design
* 7-10 years of current hands-on development and programming experience on the JEE stack including Spring Framework and web services
* Experience with variety of data and persistence technologies such as SQL, No-SQL, and caching platforms
* 2-3 years of current technical experience on cloud-based application architectures, micro services, Kafka, and distributed systems
