Duties: Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices. Organize and facilitate standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Work with business and Business Analysts to develop user stories. Coordinate across various stakeholders to have successful execution of multiple key projects. Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression. Support efforts to design and test in a heterogeneous technology environment. Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation. Adhere to architecture standards as well as bank risk and security policies. Guide development team in Agile development process.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as an Application Developer, Scrum Lead, Sr. Consultant, Program/Project Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience in lieu of seven (7) years of experience.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: SDLC methodologies and activities; and leading and mentoring a team of application developers. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills: object orientation and software design patterns; Agile processes and Gherkin formats; JIRA and Jira integration with Atlassian Tools; and testing at unit, integration, and system levels.
