Job Description:

The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer is responsible for understanding current business process, its manual touch points and recommend target state design for automated process. He/She will be responsible for technical design, development, testing and maintenance of automation solutions that meet stated business and system functional requirements and adhere to coding best practices and architecture standards. The Agile team member will work closely with our technology partners in Business, Development, Quality Assurance and Product Owner to ensure that what we build validates the business intent of the product.

Specific responsibilities/skills:

* Advanced experience & demonstrated proficiency in Intelligent Automation tool stacks such as Winautomation (Primary) or (secondary) UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
* Strong experience working in Agile methodologies and SCRUM execution
* Strong experience in Object Oriented Programing and web development technologies such as .NET (C#, VB.NET, .NET Core), MVC, VBA, Java EE platform, Spring Framework, RESTful or SOAP Web services
* Experience on OCR technologies such as Captiva Paradatec, ABBYY Flexicapture, and Tesseract, etc.
* Strong experience on best architecture practices for Microservices and database design.
* Fundamentals and Solid facilitation skills to gather the necessary (functional & technical) information to document and/or develop a strategic/tactical plan, process flows, technical specification and unit test document
* Work independently in the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems of moderate size/complexity with a fast turn-around
* Perform extensive business process analysis including data analysis
* Apply innovation, creativity, and improvement to the development process
* Problem-solving, keep abreast of new technologies
* Experience in leading technical projects in Development team
* Good communication skills
* Experience working with geographically diverse team and coordinating with developers at diverse locations

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related area
* 6+ years' experience in Distributed Multi-tier Application Development
* Advanced experience & demonstrated proficiency in Intelligent Automation tool stacks such as Winautomation (Primary) or (secondary) UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
* Object Oriented Programming and web development technologies such as .NET (C#, VB.NET, .NET Core), MVC, VBA, Java EE platform, Spring Framework, REST or SOAP Web Services
* Experience on OCR technologies such as Captiva Paradatec, ABBYY Flexicapture, and Tesseract, etc.
* Strong experience on best architecture practices for Microservices and database design.
* Database development with Oracle or SQL Server
* Estimation of work based on effort and complexity
* Working experience as Agile developer and good understanding of SDLC methodologies/guidelines
* Experience with GIT bitbucket code versioning tools, JIRA and coding standards
* Experience with scheduling tool such as Control-M or similar tools

Additional Skills (Desired):

* 2-3 years of Mortgage/Banking/finance analytical support experience preferred, but not mandatory.
* Experience at service oriented application development and integration within one of more IaaS/PaaS platform such as AWS or Azure.
* Experience in continuous integration skills for real-time testing and diagnostics within a Cloud environment.
* Experience with Tableau BI tool
