Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Senior Javascript Developer, with strong React Native experience, to join our Engineering team at Birst, an Infor company. You will be working in San Francisco, CA, with our engineers to develop and maintain high quality enterprise mobile applications.

If you're passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into performant user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a Senior Javascript Developer, you'll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Produce fully functional React Native features

Maintain javascript code to bridge web and mobile

Employ solid software engineering practices to ensure high-quality, unit tested, maintainable/extensible code and predictable schedules working in an agile environment

Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

Work with the Product development team to plan new features

Ensure new or existing applications are delivered with high quality

Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Javascript Developer: 4+ years of experience

Proven experience with React Native: 2+ years of experience

Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store

In-depth knowledge of React Native

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Ability to perform both in a team environment and independently

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

BS and/or MS in Computer Science or a similar field

Plus's

Experience with Android or iOS development
