The Software Engineer in Test - Signal Processing is responsible for developing test suite or test tools to conduct testing for the features and functionalities in Signal Processing products. As a member of the development team, the candidate will participate in a project from its early design stages and play a critical role in driving it to final product release. Candidate with creative, problem solving skills will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities
As an individual contributor on the Software Engineer in Test team, this person will provide strong technical direction to the testing of products and new examples in the Signal Processing area. Specific tasks include:
* Participate in design reviews of new features in signal processing systems * Develop Test procedures for new features * Develop & execute automated test suites using MATLAB and Simulink as well as other automation tools * Report bugs and verifying fixes * Perform final product validation
Minimum Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required. * Knowledge of signal processing * Experience with MATLAB
Additional Qualifications
* Solid knowledge of Signal Processing * Knowledge of machine/deep learning * Knowledge of Javascript or experience with Web development/testing * Knowledge of testing methodology * Experience in object-oriented programming
