Software Engineer in Test - MATLAB Object System

As a MATLAB Object System Quality Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, creating automated test suites and conducting hands-on testing of the MATLAB Object Systems APIs. As a member of the quality engineering team, you will participate in projects from their design stages and play a critical role in driving it to final product release.

Responsibilities

* Participating in component design reviews
* Writing automated function and system tests in MATLAB
* Designing and implementing test components
* Maintenance of existing test suite
* Reporting bugs and verifying fixes
* Evaluating product performance

Minimum Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
* Experience with MATLAB

Additional Qualifications

* Developing classes in MATLAB.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Object Oriented Programming.
* Experience with C/C++ is a plus.
* Hands on experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX) is desirable.
* Three years experience in Software Development Quality Engineering is preferable.
