Team:

Our team delivers the foundations for every Windows device on this planet to communicate with outside world. It doesn't matter if the device is the most powerful server from Azure's Data Center; or the latest and hottest model of Surface tablet and Surface Book; or the Xbox One console in your living room; or the IoT devices deployed in every corner, our technologies are the interface between the Windows Operating System and all other networking hardware.

Basic qualifications:

* 3+ years software development experience
* BS in computer science or equivalent experience
* Solid analytical problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
* Experience in C/C++

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in debugging complex system is a plus
* Experience in API design is a plus
* Experience in network programming is a plus
* Be self-motivated
* Has passion for hardware and be fascinated by how stuff works
* Has passion for learning, be a faster learner
* Has passion for sharing knowledge, teaching and mentoring others, and helping others/other teams to succeed.
* Enjoy working in a team of talented engineers and having weekly lunch together with them.

We want you if you have expertise in advanced OS concepts as well as solid design and C++ development skills. While we are moving fast, we are in this for the long haul. We like working with people who are passionate about quality in the products they build and in their own work, relentlessly improving, and helping those around them learn and grow. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, and five or more years of experience in software design & coding are important.
