Biometrics is becoming the mainstream technology for authentication in both consumer and enterprise space. Windows Hello Face Authentication is one of the most delightful windows 10 feature which brings secure and convenient experience to millions of users. The team is looking for researchers and engineers at all levels to accelerate the development of the biometric technology for multiple product lines.

* Bachelor, Master, or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer vision, Machine Learning, Statistics, or equivalent
* 3+ years of research or product development experience in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning or AI technology.
* Strong problem solving and software development skills (C/C++, C#, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

* Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
