Job Description

Pinterest is one of the fastest growing online advertising platforms and our success depends on our ability to help advertisers reach relevant Pinners while optimizing Pinner, partner, and company value. We're looking for a Product Architect to join our Ads Engineering Team to lead the implementation of ad products - including new ad offerings that scale our business and tools to help our advertisers realize the potential of our ads platform. You'll be joining an early stage team that is growing quickly and laying the foundation for Pinterest's business success.

What you'll do:

* Build user experiences and new ad products that create value for Pinners and Partners.
* Architect and lead the implementation of ad products - including new ad offerings that scale our business and tools to help advertisers realize the potential of our ads platform
* Develop a breadth of knowledge on our ads system and work with cross-functional teams to build high-quality products and systems.
* Collaborate with Design, Product and Engineering teams to shape product design and specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape the roadmap and vision of our ads product.

What we're looking for:

* 4+ years experience
* Previous experience in the ads domain (3+ years)
* Have shipped product before
* Experience with experimentation and analyzing data
* Android experience or willing to learn Android
* Experience with one or more of: Android, iOS, React, Spark/Hadoop, ML
* Willingness to work full-stack
