This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
* Proficiency in modern programming languages
* Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goal
* Full stack Java developer with prior experience with ETL and Big Data
* 5+ years Financial Services experience
* Solid experience in Core Java/ J2EE design techniques
* Micro Services Design and Development
* Responsible to deliver data solutions in ICDW and Big data platforms, work with Data Modeling and UDS Hadoop platform teams to deliver Logical and Physical data models to enable database and Hive consumption solutions.
* Interact with Business stakeholders and IT LOB partners to identify high level features with data impacts.
* Interact with Architecture and various design authorities to carve out high level architecture and design solution for features.
* Individual will through effective collaboration fine tune scope, participate in Business PBR sessions, and prioritize backlog.
* Individual will establish and communicate with scrum team an effective functional and performance test strategy.
* Release planning, post implementation validations, and issue remediation
* Mentor and coach team members to foster a healthy and collaborative work environment.
