Are you a skilled developer who would like to team up with an awesome group of engineers and build services on the Game Pass Solutions team?

Game Pass is a fast-growing subscription-based offering for Xbox games. We have scenarios that span across Mobile, PC and Console and do whatever it takes to deliver value and great experiences to the customer at a fast pace. The Solutions team is specifically responsible for delivering features by reusing existing microservices or creating new services from the ground up. Collaboration is key to the success of Solutions team and you'll partner with a diverse set of teams to accomplish these goals, including services teams in Xbox Live and Iris, platform teams on the Xbox console and Windows, Universal Store, Developer Platform, and many more. We love to experiment and embrace new technologies as we see fit and hence ability and desire to pick up new platforms and excel on them is a huge plus. We are customer obsessed and most of our day-day decisions are driven by that motto. Basic Qualifications:

* BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years professional programming experience developing and testing online services
* Strong, demonstrable coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills in a least one major language (C++, C#, .Net Core, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of service principles
* Ability to execute and deliver work as committed, on time and with high quality

Preferred Qualifications:

* Expertise or Experience with Services design and development
* Great communication skills to facilitate collaboration and work effectively with partner teams and within the team
* Experience developing software with Agile methodology
* Ability and desire to pick up new platforms and excel on them
