L3 ISR Systems is seeking for a highly motivated Software Engineer a with experience in application design and development. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to evaluate software requirements and perform software design, coding, and testing. The candidate will be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, in order to communicate with the team and management. The candidate will be able to accomplish tasks as well as work effectively as a team player, coordinating efforts with other developers to ensure cohesive software solutions. The candidate must ensure proper configuration management of software baselines while adhering to all company software standards and processes

Bachelor degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred degree in a related engineering field; Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Math.

* Must have highly effective communication skills in order to effectively communicate to customers, management, systems engineering, and software developers.


* Passionate individual who can quickly adapt to and learn new or unfamiliar technologies. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and at least one programming language



Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level which requires U.S. citizenship
