MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: ·

* Actively participate in continuous application improvements by developing automated tests
* Evaluate multiple automated test frameworks and recommend best fit for each situation
* Design, develop, maintain, and enhance test automation systems and tools for use by development, automation testers, and QA ·
* Work closely with product owners, delivery primes, developers and testers to produce stable, maintainable and reliable automated tests
* Improve and implement automation framework code to expand automated test coverage
* Be adaptable in learning new methodologies and technologies to improve the automated testing processes
* Become an expert in all aspects of QA including functional and technical (automation) areas, and be a mentor to other team members
* Interpersonal skills, and proven to flourish working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team, across multiple projects and multiple locations
* Automating and integrating functional and solution testing of software
* Commercial Insurance, a plus
* Excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English

Mandatory Required skill set:

* 7+ years of experience in software development and test automation
* Advanced knowledge and experience with Selenium, related automation frameworks
* Experience with UFT nice to have
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python
* Experience with continuous testing within CI/ CD construct
* Experience with version control systems and build tools, e.g. SVN, GIT, Jenkins, Bamboo
* Experience with various test management suites and reporting tools
* Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Computer Science
