Elastic File System (EFS) one of the fastest growing AWS storage service poised for massive scale (hundreds of thousands of customers, millions of file systems, and trillions of files - to start!) EFS is a unique file storage service that provides low-latency, shared concurrent file system access to tens of thousands of EC2 instances and on-premises datacenter applications. It is a distributed, highly-available, durable file storage service that is fully elastic. Today, file storage represents the majority of unstructured global data storage and we see EFS as being in a position to serve the vast majority of our customer's file store needs.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader. You will be a member of a leadership team on a game changing AWS service that is reliable, scalable and high-performing. To build on your superlative technical strength, we expect our leaders to interact with customers, to understand our business goals and to innovate iteratively, delivering high-quality and ground-breaking functionality that delights our customers.

As a member of the leadership team owning service development and operations, you will be responsible for all aspects of the group's success, including developing/realizing our roadmap, developing the careers of our engineers, ensuring high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations, and maintaining operational excellence for the systems and service that you will own.
