Job Description

AWS Control Tower is a fun, innovate, and collaborative team looking for Software Development Managers! AWS Control Tower automates the set-up of a landing zone and configures AWS management and security services based on established best practices in a secure, compliant, multi-account environment.

You will lead a team of highly skilled engineers to help us build a next generation AWS service, in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment. You will work closely with our enterprise customers, executives, product managers, UX designers, and principal engineers to create the business and technical vision for your team. You will own your teams roadmap, priorities, quality, scalability, and complex software delivery, while providing guidance and coaching to engineers throughout the entire software development life cycle.
