The AWS Application Discovery Service team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented, inventive Software Development Manager to deliver services to help Enterprise IT effectively use AWS. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the Enterprise IT management space, and will help us delight customers with a rich set of capabilities to understand their IT environments and integrate them with AWS services.

As the development manager, you'll lead a talented and nimble team of engineers to create innovative ways for AWS customers to analyze and understand their current IT environments and to help them understand how to integrate and improve upon them using AWS services. Responsibilities include direct management of 5+ engineers, process and quality of service improvements, strategic planning, project management for software within the team, and management of resources across teams. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
