As a software development manager, you and your team will own the homepage tech stack. Responsibilities include direct management of development engineers, process and operational improvements, strategic planning, project management, and coordination of resources across teams. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of developing engineers and teams that deliver results. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to significantly influence the strategic direction of Amazon's website technology and directly impact millions of Amazon customers!
