Twitch Associates is looking for talented Software Engineers to build and expand the Amazon Associates business directly on Twitch.tv.

Amazon Associates is the world's largest affiliate program. Launched in 1996, the Amazon Associates program has a proven track record of developing solutions for content creators to earn money through Amazon for over 20 years. The Twitch Associates team builds solutions to deliver Associate experiences directly within Twitch.tv. Twitch.tv is the worlds leading live streaming platform for gamers. Acquired by Amazon in 2014, Twitch reaches millions of users across the globe every day.

The Twitch Associates team owns the Amazon Blacksmith experience on Twitch.tv. Blacksmith is a system which provides Twitch broadcasters will a variety of ways to easily earn additional income by referring traffic to Amazon from their Twitch channels. Our long term vision includes growing the program to be the premiere solution for Twitch broadcasters to generate income while providing engaging and compelling experiences directly on Twitch.

The successful candidate will be a talented engineer who likes working with a wide array of technologies including internet scale distributed systems, Native AWS, and more. She/he will help successfully launch projects of significant impact and balance technology decisions with business value created. She/he will be someone who is a visionary leader, builder and operator; someone who cares passionately about being heavily involved in solving challenges to innovate faster. She/he will have strong leadership qualities, great judgement, and clear communication skills.
