To help a growing organization quickly deliver more efficient features to Prime Video customers, Prime Video's Operational Excellence organization is innovating on behalf of our global software development team consisting of thousands of engineers. The Operational Excellence organization is creating a team the specializes in forecasting, capacity planning and efficiency. This team will apply machine learning techniques to develop forecasts on key business dimensions and provide recommendations on performance and efficiency opportunities across our global software environment.

As a founding member of the core team, you will help apply your deep knowledge to concrete problems our engineering teams face on a daily basis. You will collaborate with team members to design and deliver enterprise-scale systems that will be used by both internal and external customers. You will help set and continuously evolve a culture of innovation and efficiency that helps us deliver a best in class customer experience. You will own end to end technical components and framework focused on technology and services needed to build, scale, and operate an Amazon-caliber customer experience. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and end-users around the world at all levels.
