Our team is within the organization AWS Kumo that builds software to help customers (from startups all the way to Netflix and NASA) design and manage their AWS resources safely and effectively. The software ranges from tools that enable the support engineers to diagnose and solve customer problems to predictive algorithms that warn customers of potential hazards and inefficiencies.
Our team specifically owns exciting projects around building a humanlike conversational AI-assistant to help customers with optimizing solutions, diagnosing problems, and resolving issues in cloud services. Different from existing AI-assistants that can do only simple Q&A, our assistant will be able to chat with customers back and forth based on conversational context, and resolve issues on spot with customer's authorization. As a result, customers can receive anytime, immediate, and humanlike tech support services, which is a great alternative or supplement to the human services that usually have to let customers be queued and wait. We are obsessed with improving customer experience!
