The Mobile Identity team is responsible for all non-website initiated authentication for access to or using Amazon systems. The area of influence is all Amazon customers on Amazon devices, Amazon and subsidiary apps as well as thousands of Login with Amazon clients and millions of customers. Examples include Alexa, Echo, Kindle, Tablets, FireTV and the various shopping and delivery Apps. Customer trust is the most important factor for Amazon and we are the guardians of it. The position has high impact and high visibility and offers opportunities in mobile as well as service development. Being an external facing component, it offers additional architectural and security challenges that are not associated with protected internal services.
