We have an exciting opportunity within the Positive Customer Experience team to architect and build next generation engineering systems to protect and improve the customer and seller experience when buying goods from a seller by monitoring, detecting negative customer experience drivers, taking enforcement actions as needed, and enabling sellers to self-resolve the defects.
As a software engineer in the Positive Customer Experience tech team, you will help build technology that ingests large volumes of negative customer experience and inventory data, and supports highly advanced, proactive detection of inventory quality issues in real time through robust machine learning models, outlier detection algorithms and takes necessary enforcement actions to preserve and improve product quality and the end customer/seller experience. You will be part of a dynamic group of engineers where flexibility, teamwork, and creative thinking are highly valued.
