The Kindle Publisher Reporting Engineering team is responsible for providing publishers and authors highly actionable and near real-time data across their worldwide catalog. This allows them to respond quickly to evolving reader needs and as a result provide customers with widest possible selection, in preferred formats and devices, at the best available pricing.
Some of the key data and reports we handle will include 1) sales and royalties across all formats and programs (e.g., deals, subscriptions).
2) traffic analyses 3) operational reports (incl. forecast and inventory Planning and inventory health). 4) consumer behavior reports 5) accretive value forecasts and 6) Reader analytics
The ideal candidates will have solid experience in architecture, design & delivery of platforms built preferably on Java and Amazon Web Services technologies. Candidates with proficiency in building data intensive, performant applications or platforms will also be considered. You will be passionate and obsess about providing a premium customer experience.
