The AFT Inbound Platform Services team own other critical services and play a key role in assisting with Check-in, Receive, Prep and Problem Solve. We own DockMaster (DM) 2.0; which is the primary tool used for managing Inbound Dock appointments for Vendors and Transshipments. It is used for viewing truck level contents, process path classification, scheduling and executing appointments. We also owns tunnel platform systems which support the vision tunnels/Parcel Identifiers (PID) and assists with billions of units and shipments being received into the FC automatically without being touched.
