The Advertiser Communication and Engagement System (ACES) is the centralized communication and engagement system for advertisers on Amazon, integrating with systems which generate operational, marketing and product communications and delivering the content via the advertiser's preferred channels (email, selling coach, business advisor, mobile, etc.). ACES delivers millions of outbound communications to the worldwide advertising community, honoring their delivery preferences and maintaining high performance and accuracy.
