It's an exciting time to join the Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics Technology team! We have a number of initiatives and programs in our queue that will reinvent the technology and Fulfillment Center processes relating to returning, screening, repairing, replacing and reselling of devices worldwide.

We are looking for an innovative Software Development Engineer who is motivated by solving hard problems, building technical solutions from the ground up and improving existing systems with the latest technology and frameworks to improve efficiency, performance and usability. Ideal candidates are passionate about delivering the best customer experience for the rapidly growing suite of Amazon devices.

In this role you will be an engineer in a group of full stack developers guiding the architecture, design and implementation for Amazon Device's global reverse logistics framework across the full software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in transforming complex ideas into scalable technical solutions with low operational overhead. You will work with cross-functional teams across Amazon including UI/UX designers, product/program managers and other full-stack software engineers. Technologies such as Java, Spring/Angular frameworks, AWS RDS/DynamoDB/Redshift databases, AWS SNS/SQS messaging, Amazon EC2 Container Service, AWS Lambda and Kinesis Firehose will be key tools in your toolbox.
