Amazon Flex is re-imagining what it means to work, and we need your help. We're in search of experienced software engineers to help design and to build out plenty of new features and services.

Flex (flex.amazon.com) is a gig economy program that lets anyone become their own boss (a "delivery partner") and set their own schedule, by delivering packages to Amazon customers. The Flex app coordinates delivery partners' work with Amazon's cutting-edge logistics technologies. It's the home to every feature a delivery partner would need: on-boarding, delivery scheduling, routing and navigation, tracking their earnings, and more. Delivery partners are a key ingredient in ensuring a great experience for Amazon's customers, and we're building features to engage with our partners like never before.
