We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team driving a completely new type of journey on Amazon.com. We will look at a wide variety of datasets such as contextual purchase behavior, personalization, usage, customer reviews, catalog, etc, to enhance the experience for customers related to high consideration product choices, throughout the lifecycle of the purchase and ownership journey. Amazon has incredible selection, convenience, and value, but customers don't shop for a TV or a laptop the same way they shop for a new phone case or a book; And most of the time when you return to Amazon today, it's like starting the conversation over again. You will define a broad experience across the site, and thus, you must know how and when to invent and build versus form partnerships and collaborate with other teams to deliver on a larger vision. Further, you will evolve the datasets and infrastructure to continue to drive leverage and re-use across the organization.
