We are looking for a Web Applications Developer to play a central role in the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile web products. You will connect the dots between business needs, innovation, and good design.

The position is contingent upon the candidate's ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET Clearance.

General Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the creation of project deliverables such as user goals, scenarios, flows, technical specifications, conceptual designs, and software based prototypes.
* Build dynamic web applications
* Learn and use new technologies as the need arises, recommend innovative new solutions, and serve as a subject-matter expert
* Collaborate with other team members - developers, designers, administrators, and project managers - to deliver high quality creative products
* Assess and estimate Level of Effort to accommodate and deliver multiple projects on time & on budget
* Integrating new capabilities with existing technologies and systems.

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (+3 experience)
* +3 years of experience in the development of web, mobile and/or software applications
* +3 experience with presentation-layer web development
* Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze requirements, design and implementation solutions from user-defined stories
* Ability to troubleshoot and debug code
* Ability to perform unit, functional and system testing activities and originate documentation
* Ability to assess changes and manage/control software versions
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
