Software Developer - Full Degree Apprentice

BT's foundation is built on brilliant software, our full degree and higher Software apprentices will gain hands-on experience of the full IT life-cycle (design, develop, implement, test and support), which includes learning how to deliver brilliant software and be part of the team to provide effortless experience for our customers and our people; wherever they are in the world, using whatever device and technology they choose. These roles focus around human centred design and will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

You will gain an in-depth understanding of how the business operates, developing your skills and knowledge and discover what you enjoy. You will be encouraged to expand, challenge and nurture your curiosity, to be the best you can be!

During the apprenticeship you will work towards a recognised qualification. Full degree apprentices will work towards a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions degree specialising in Software. Higher apprentices will work towards a Foundation Degree in Software.

You'll need to achieve (or be on course to achieve) three A-Levels with a minimum of BCC grades, including a STEM subject or equivalent. You'll also need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language and Maths.
