Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) Foundation Application Services (FAS) IT is looking for a dynamic software developer and engineering tool expert to support PTC Windchill and Mentor Graphics Xpedition Data Management suites.

Job Description:

* Primary work will be in designing, implementing, testing, and supporting web-based solutions
* Work with and provide guidance on technical solutions
* Coordinate unit and system level testing and documenting of results
* Lead team efforts and participate as a member of a team representing Information Solutions
* Lead a scrum team
* Ownership of projects to achieve schedule, financial and technical goals as assigned
* Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe)
* Design and develop dynamic, feature rich user interfaces
* Assist in the specification of software processes

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree plus Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Application Designer or Programmer
* Experience in:
* leading software development teams
* Windchill PDMLink tool suite
* Java, JSP, HTML, and JavaScript


* Advanced understanding of web services and web technologies
* Strong software process discipline

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

Desired Skills:

* Experience with AJAX, and other web 2.0 technologies
* Intermediate level relational database knowledge
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and CMMI
* Customer focused and results based with the ability to close out projects completely
* Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Windchill PDMLink 10.2
* Experience with the Windchill MPMLink tool suite
* Experience being adaptable and willing to work on varying assignments
* Demonstrated problem solving skills

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics or related discipline
