Right for Me (R4M) builds experiences on Amazon.com to help customers find the exact product they want. We use data and machine learning and build scalable services to determine what product characteristics are most important to customers, and recommend products with high value-for-price. We raise the bar on current product substitution algorithms and work across multiple platforms that support Amazon's retail website and business. Millions of customers around the world use our products every day!

We want you to lead conceptualization, design, and development as we learn more about our customers' behavior and find ways to give them the products that they want. You will guide, teach, and learn from the team and drive engineering best practices.
