The candidate is responsible to develop the core Prime and delivery experiences for international Prime customers. The candidate will own an independent technical domain in Prime ecosystem to build software, innovate solution and raise the bar of customer satisfaction. The candidate will have opportunity to dive deep the world of Prime architecture and directly contribute to Prime to make it even greater.

Group Overview:

As part of International Technology organization, the team located in Seattle and Beijing are seeking to bring the benefits of Prime to as many customers globally as possible. This team is missioned to execute, envision and evolve the tooling and solutions of Prime expansion by overseeing all the required software and development effort to expand Prime worldwide. We challenge ourselves by automating/self-servicing every part of manual development effort for Prime expansion while we are working intelligently with 10+ global core partner teams to deliver Prime as efficient as possible to every corner in the world with good quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop large scale, high performance, high reliability system.
* Working independently as a domain owner to work with PM, TPMs and other Amazon partners to deliver the domain work required to launch Prime on time with good quality.
* Work backward from customer, analyze customer behavior, understand the real customer needs and build and deliver new solution to improve the customer experience.
* Work closely with both local and global technical, design and business team to design new systems or refactor existing systems.
* Work as the owner of the system and operate excellent to provide stable and robust services to customers and other teams.
* Innovate based on new ideas and build comprehensive system/features to improve customer experience.
