About the Role

You will join a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the delivery of a new generation of on-demand solutions designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses.

* Analyze, design, build, debug, and deliver software enhancements and new products.
* Work closely with project management, quality assurance and support teams, to ensure the successful implementation of customer requirements and their ongoing maintenance and support.
* Deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common ERP persistence and integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of Workday's various tools and reporting technologies.

About You

* 8+ years of experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service) - UML is a plus
* OO design and development experience in an object oriented programming language such as Java, C#, etc
* Experience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of HCM, Payroll or Financials is a plus)
* Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills
* 4 year degree in a computer related field or equivalent.
