The challenge

Access to Adobe's world-class desktop software and Cloud Services requires Named User licensing. Adobe's top Enterprise customers are eager to make the transition, but many need technical help.

The Adobe Digital Media Services Premium Onboarding team provides technical onboarding assistance to these Enterprise customers via consulting engagements. The Software and Licensing Deployment Specialist works closely with a Program Manager and Developer to ensure that customers make a smooth transition to Adobe's modern licensing and software deployment platform. The Specialist will help diagnose and solve issues with SAML and domain claims, software package configuration, and modern Desktop Software deployment tools such as SCCM and Casper.

The Premium Onboarding team is an energetic, customer-focused team that collaborates with global partners to deliver the best possible experience for our Enterprise customers.

Successful candidates will have experience with modern identity systems based on SAML, as well as with deploying Adobe Desktop Software in Enterprise or large Education environments, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Technical Communication Suite products.

What you'll do

* Meet with customers to prepare them for their licensing transition
* Collaborate with the PM and Developer to model deployment scenarios with these customers
* Deliver recommendations for deployment architectures and specific packaging configurations
* Assist with claiming domains
* Diagnose and remediate issues with SAML assertions
* Guide customers through package configuration
* Diagnose and remediate software deployment issues

What you need to succeed

* Great presentation skills
* 5 years direct exposure to customers
* 5 years Enterprise software deployment experience, including Adobe Creative and Document Clouds
* 5 years SAML technical support experience
* 5 years Active Directory expertise
* SCCM expertise
* Shibboleth expertise a plus
