The Selling Partner Support (SPS) team is looking for a Program Manager to improve the processes and tools that our Sellers and Associates use to solve problems. This person will redesign the way our SPS Operations teams evaluate and drive performance of one of our major business area, by evaluating processes end to end to identify and eliminate waste, baselining performances across regions and sites to establish optimal performance expectations for sites, processes and identify opportunities to use technology to improve case handling efficiencies. This person will be responsible for ensuring we meet our key deliverables, on time with high quality, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders. This person must manage multiple projects at one time, drive complicated issues to closure, and innovate creative solutions that will positively impact both our Sellers and Associates experiences. The right candidate loves solving complex problems and is passionate about coming up with solutions that our customers will love. In this high profile role, you will collaborate with numerous operational, training, product, and software development teams both inside and outside Seller Support to identify, define and specify solutions that create the conditions for sellers' success and satisfaction. Successful candidates will have a strong program management background, be detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and have excellent problem solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Program Management with a focus on bias for action and delivers results
* Relentlessly advocate for Seller and Associate concerns
* Working with stakeholder teams to plan, organize and execute both technical and non-technical initiatives. This includes working with cross regional teams, as well as technology teams to execute and build out innovative solutions
* Think strategically and tactically to implement creative solutions aimed at reducing pain points
. Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for Seller experience improvements
. Determine and implement effective Operations solutions quickly, so as to not impede production
. Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have seller quality as the top focus.
