Job Description

We are looking for Slack Engineer for an immediate need.This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Required Skills

Experience on Slack as collaboration platform

Experienced migration from any collaboration platforms to Slack Enterprise Grid

Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting & administering Slack Enterprise Grid

Supported similar collaboration tools and platform

Ability to clearly explain IT concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

Strong desire to learn and implement new technologies.

Manage escalations of Slack Operations issues, and priorities issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
