Skip builds sustainable, shared electric vehicle networks for last mile-transportation.

Skip is seeking a Senior Information Systems Architect to work closely with city operations, Data team, manufacturing and Engineering to define and help build software architecture to meet our business needs. The goal would be to start with standardizing operations and business processes and build IS infrastructure which will support Skip's growth both within the US and eventually globally. responsibilities

* Analyze platform needs across the organization and develop a best of breed solution approach to support business
* Build and improve software architecture based on the requirements
* Analyze and improve stability, scalability, and the performance of platforms
* Assist Operations and Engineering team with the creation of detailed software design specifications
* Lead system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid architecture

Qualifications

* Master's degree in computer science or related engineering field
* 10+ years of relevant working experience and 4+ years as a Technical Platform System Architect 6+ years of hands on coding experience
* Proven experience working within complex business environments
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
