About Avanade

Job Description

* This is a W2 project role

Demonstrated strong technical development experience in Sitecore, including:

* Implementing Sitecore Pages, Sitecore-MVC, Sitecore modules, Sitecore Templates, Layouts, Content and media library.
* Ability to analyze code and identify deviations from recommended practices
* Ability to analyze basic point performance / scalability issues and provide recommendations / remediation
* Experience in Sitecore Upgrades nice to have
* Applying Sitecore recommended development practice

Demonstrated experience on key Sitecore development tools and utilities:

* TDS / Unicorn
* Glass Mapper

Proficient in Sitecore Administration

Knowledgeable on Sitecore related technologies in the context of a Sitecore solution

* Search technologies (e.g. Azure Search, Coveo, Solr)
* Mongo DB
* Caching
* Personalization / Analytics

Knowledgeable on Sitecore deployment/configuration and DevOps processes

Knowledgeable / able to articulate Sitecore features and value added offerings

* Discuss / coordinate work with peers / other developers in the team
* Attend and actively participate on discussions with business stakeholders and IT Leads

Strong expertise with .Net technology stack

Knowledge of IIS and building Multi site and Multi-lingual applications
