We are looking for experienced, passionate people to join our existing delivery team for a major deal in T&T organization. Telecom and Technology is the IT Services division within NCR providing Customer Solutions across the globe. We design and deliver global field and managed services include enterprise networking, cloud networks (SDN), wireless, unified communications, workplace (EUS) and storefront services. This is a great opportunity to join NCR at a time of further investment in our Telecom and Technology (IT Services) division.
This role will be the primary interface between the end-customer, our client and NCR with the focused on all aspects of day-2-day service operations. It requires some managing thinking and internal / external communication strategies. There is no direct line management of people, but the role does involve managing people on a day to day project basis.
Salary range: 58,000.00-65,000.00 EUR
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Technical key contact for our client in the plant/region, addressing their requests throughout project and ongoing services * Contribute to optimizing the service we deliver, as well as internal processes * Documentation and follow up on changes and customer requests
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed technical training (e.g. IT specialist, management assistant in IT systems), university degree would be a plus * 3-5+ years' relevant experience with service delivery, special focus on service management onboarding * Ideally experience in the finance area, preferably online payments * Good computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Jira is a plus * Proven communication skills in English plus local language * Project management skills required , experience in agile PM is a plus * Team- and client oriented, solution-focused, reliable, flexible, foresighted, and able to work systematically while meeting deadlines * Experienced in all aspects of Change Management and Change Implementation * Identifying new opportunities * Hands on mentality in regards of unplanned occurrences
* English is required * Local language is essential
