Job Description

The SIMPLE Implementation Specialist serves as the 1st line of back up to the SIMPLE IRA sales support line. This is utilized mostly during month end; however, the SIMPLE Implementation Specialist is on call daily as volume dictates. The sales support line handles incoming calls from payroll DMs regarding questions related to retirement plans. This mandates that SIMPLE Implementation Specialists also exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of all government sponsored retirement plans. In addition to understanding retirement plans they must have a strong working knowledge of ADP's Retirement Plan offering in order to properly explain retirement plans to a prospective client and/or payroll DMs. It is critical for a SIMPLE Implementation Specialist to continue expanding their retirement plan knowledge to best support the payroll DMs and prospective clients. The SIMPLE IMP Specialist will be responsible for logging in all deals and start activity into the current information database to ensure proper tracking and client management.

* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Payroll Knowledge and knowledge preferred
* Licensing FINRA 6 and 63.
* Previous experience working with clients in a fast paced, highly complex, deadline oriented service environment.
* Prior payroll and Retirement Product and/or experience highly desirable.
* Minimum of 12 months in an ADP service role or 12 months AIS experience required.
