Reviews, analyzes and prepares contractor, sub-contractor and customer program submittals including accident risk assessment reports; preliminary hazard analyses, system hazard analyses, tracking system and system inspection checklists, ground and range safety and orbital safety procedures and accident and incident investigation analyses; reviews and analyzes program development documentation for new and ongoing program including design criteria, specification and drawing, test operations and maintenance procedures, safety equipment and personal protective clothing, trade-off studies and siting plans; conducts independent and complex analyses to evaluate system design, accident risk factors and hazard energy sources and recommends major abatement or mitigation actions to prevent or correct safety hazards; prepares test plans, monitors results and prepares final test reports; conducts special analyses as directed. Requires Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience and two to four years of related experience.

ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customer ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.

To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establishes technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) systems capabilities to the warfighter.

General Responsibilities:

Use SharePoint 2013 Designer and allowable third party software to develop practical collaboration tools in support of MCSC Systems Engineering Division (SED) site collections in the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Services (MCEITS) environment. Communicate with customers to discuss and document expected requirements and functionality. Use SharePoint development best practices, maximizing out of the box functionality where possible, to design maintainable workflows for automated routing, ticketing, notification, and complex organizational processes. Support continued maintenance and updates to SED's existing SharePoint sites in response to user communications and trouble tickets. Draft and deliver user documentation and training to SED personnel as necessary

Mandatory Skills Requirement:

Knowledge in leading analysis efforts on highly complex problems or mission specific operational problems, directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout system life cycle (development of requirements to final delivery). Demonstrated knowledge and skills creating custom, multi-step workflows in a SharePoint 2013 environment using sound logic and SharePoint best practices. Minimum 4 years' experience supporting DoD systems development, specifically performing SharePoint development tasks.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (+4 years experience), Associates Degree (+7 years experience), or High School Diploma (+12 years experience) supporting DoD systems.

Experience developing in the MCEITS environment preferred. Microsoft SharePoint certifications preferred. IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570 preferred. Some scripting or coding experience preferred.
