Responsibilities

Job Description: The candidate must have experience both as an SCA and as Developer. Must be able to take requirements and create technical solutions to solve the problem. Must be a good listener and work well with others. Must have a TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance. This position is located in the Herndon area.

Required Skills:

* SharePoint SCA and be able to create / maintain SharePoint site across a large organization


* Experience with SharePoint Developer especially in the area of Workflows


* Ability to collaborate with users, stakeholders, and management to derive requirements


* Self-starter to be able to work alone



Desired Skills:

* Experience creating / maintaining WordPress sites


* Experience with migrating / decommissioning Lotus Notes databases as needed


* On the job experience with HTM, XML, JavaScript, and CSS


* Experience in an Agile work environment



Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree highly desired plus ten (10) years of experience. Additional work experience may be substituted for a degree.
