US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the warfighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.

1. Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily onsite maintenance of the existing SharePoint portals. 2. Responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. 3. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.4. Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.5. Must have strong communications skill and customer service. Require constant communication with colleagues.6. Must be able to work one-on-one with the customer as well as in meetings and working group.7. Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.8. Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.9. Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.10. Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards.11. Experience in client side design and layout.12. Must have Knowledge Management experience: being able to display data for users to easily navigate and locate files.13. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

Education

1. Bachelor's Degree preferable, in computer science, information systems, design; or related discipline.

Qualifications

1. 8 or more years of experience in web design or web development. 2. Experience with SharePoint 2013 and 2016, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.3. Experience in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.4. Experience with middle-tier development using HTML, jQuery, CSS, and other libraries. Some familiarity with server-side programming in C#, ASP.NET ,T-SQL, XLM, or other web development. 5. Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.6. Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.7. Must be well able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task, and quickly adapt to change.8. Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, and be willing and eligible to upgrade to TS/SCI.9. Must meet DoD 8570 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access within 3 months of hiring, and must obtain ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire. 10. Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required. 11. This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide 12. The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.
