Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with business users to streamline, automate, and empower Revlon's global business. Revlon relies on SharePoint for automation and management of many critical internal functions. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and ambitious learner who is excited to work on a large SharePoint farm for a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will eagerly explore custom code and configuration to develop understanding and will not be afraid to improve, extend and maintain existing solutions.

The SharePoint Architect position is responsible for supporting and extending Revlon's global SharePoint footprint, which comprises several application families, versions, and dozens of member servers. The SharePoint service family is used by a majority of company employees, with thousands of unique visitors each week, and long running sessions with many hits and page views. The SharePoint Architect will assist in the development and support of custom applications that cover a full cross section of the company including sales, marketing, finance, accounting, production, and IT. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of how to support and develop within the larger application stack, and should be familiar with server and network administration in the lower layers, and have an understanding of web applications on the upper layers. This individual will bring value by recommending solutions that drive simplicity, supportability, and high quality user experience.

* MS SharePoint specific certifications preferred
* Web application development experience including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript libraries and tools required
* Expert level knowledge of SharePoint site administration and security model
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with SharePoint
* Nintex experience is a plus
* Working knowledge and experience coding custom components and sites in SharePoint 2013, WebParts, workflows, and ASP/.Net integration
* Exceptional communication, documentation and organizational skills
